Orders

You can place your order either online, by phone or Fax.  The most convenient method is online through our Web Store. Placing your order by telephone please call (858) 882-9881 and leave a message with your information, purchase request, color of board if applicable, delivery address, how you would like to pay and your phone number.  You can Fax your purchase request to (334) 832-8869 .

Shipping, Processing & Handling

Visual Edge (VE) offers the best and most reliable shipping services in the United States. Every order is shipped with confidence and packed properly to eliminate damage during transit. We reserve the right to utilize any shipping method that is deemed appropriate for your area. Additionally we reserve the right to hold or refuse any shipment, domestic or international if the order is deemed fraudulent. Delivery predictions are based upon best information available, but are without guarantee. VE will not accept penalty for late shipments unless it has made a delivery previously authorized written guarantee.VE is not responsible for any additional charge(s) for incorrect or inaccurate delivery address information provided by the customer. If the shipping service is required to correct delivery address information to complete delivery and additional charge(s) are incurred it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the additional charge(s).We charge a “Processing & Handling” fee on transactions in order to help cover our warehousing, packaging, order processing and fulfillment. This fee is incorporated in our “Shipping” rates, which are calculated at Checkout based upon your order size. For Customers who utilize their own shipping account will be charged a “Handling” fee based on the size of your order to cover preparation of your shipment.

Tracking Your Order

An e-mail notification will be sent automatically after a purchase has been made. A shipping confirmation will be sent on the day the item has been shipped and will include a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Immediate product inspection is required on all items by customer with immediate reporting to VE. A visual inspection of all boxes and/or crates is strongly recommended prior to acceptance of goods. If a package is damaged in transit, customer should refuse it back to the carrier if possible. If customer receives a damaged package, customer should note on the carrier’s Bill of Lading and/or delivery report the condition of the shipment. Damaged shipments must be notified to VE within 5 days. Customer should also save the packing crates/boxes. Digital photos of damage are HIGHLY recommended. The Customer is responsible for informing the VE Customer Service Department of the specifics as to the damages at the time of delivery or upon delivery receipt, for crates and/or boxes that arrive damaged from a freight company. VE personnel will work to resolve any defects. Please see our Warranty policy for more information.In the unlikely event that is may be necessary to return an item, please contact us immediately to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, with all original boxing and packing materials. Products that are shipped to us incorrectly and are damaged from irresponsible packing, customer will not receive a refund. Money will be refunded once the package is received and its contents are verified in original condition. Refunds may take up to 30 days per transaction. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Visual Edge (VE) guarantees you will be 100% satisfied with our products or we will refund your purchase price no questions asked.  We feel confidant that you will find that our Visual Edge Products work as advertised as so many others have.If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact our office and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and ship your item back to VE and a full refund of your purchase price will be credited to your account or a refund check will be mailed to you.

Warranty Coverage

Visual Edge’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Visual Edge (VE) warrants its product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase. If a defect exists, at its option VE will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes VE’s property.
